OUR PROJECTS

Our friends at Compassion and Empart tell us that there are many in poverty-stricken nations that are watching their families starve to death because of the COVID-19 lockdowns.

Unlike us, they have been left to fend for themselves without any support. It is a dire situation and things are only getting worse.

But we can make a difference.

By partnering with Compassion and Empart, we can work through local churches in these nations. We have an opportunity to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, heal the sick, and do good to the least of these.

We believe this could be the church’s greatest hour and we want to play our part in bringing the Gospel to the nations.

Last year our church sowed generously to upgrade our Bibra Lake facility. This renovation has helped us better accommodate our growing church family with new bathrooms, a large kitchen and a crèche.

We also paid off some of our loans on our facilities so that we can work towards handing the next generation a great inheritance.

Your miracle offering also helped us buy the land next to our existing Maddington facility, reconfigure our auditorium, and create new kids rooms upstairs to almost double Maddington’s capacity to care for people. This will help us cement a long term future in the City of Gosnells.

In 2020 we want to continue reducing our loans and set aside some funds for a permanent Byford facility. We believe that good stewardship of our God-given resources will help us set up for generations to come.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, our church has had to quickly transition to online services. The moment we did this, we saw a significant increase in our reach. Centrepoint Church has truly become an international church with family members joining us from around the globe.

For this reason, we are excited to launch a permanent Online Campus so that people around our nation and the world can remain a part of the Centrepoint Family even after we relaunch services in our three physical locations.

There are so many towns and cities where people can not be a part of a local church. We believe our Online Campus will help reach these people with the Gospel.

A portion of this year’s Miracle Offering will be spent on purchasing the production equipment needed to expand this new Online Campus.
